Abstract: Very Few Reports Have Described Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Of The Nasal Septum. We Performed Endoscopic Endonasal Surgical Resection Of An Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Of The Nasal Septum In A 61-year-old Woman. Histological Examination Confirmed Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. The Patient Has Had No Local Recurrence Or Distant Metastases As Of 3 Years Postoperatively.
